I. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to order confirmation generated by our system. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable causes. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Product prices are based on the display at the time of order placement. Prices do not include sales tax, duties, or customs fees, unless explicitly stated at checkout. Payment methods accepted on our store are subject to availability. Please carefully verify your order details, shipping address, and contact information before completing payment.
II. Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange delivery to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery dates depend on the shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
If delivery is delayed, returned, or unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, an inaccessible mailbox, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customs clearance issues, you shall be responsible for any resulting reshipment fees, return shipping costs, and lost-package claims that cannot be resolved with the carrier.
III. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or materially incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at service@victosupply.com, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged through use, personalized, or returned beyond the 30-day window.
Return shipping costs: if the issue is our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping. If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, wrong selection), you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
IV. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We ask that you contact us at service@victosupply.com before opening any PayPal dispute, credit-card chargeback, or bank claim. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to make it right may result in your account being restricted from future purchases. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks and to provide evidence to the payment processor.

For any questions about your order or our products, contact us at service@victosupply.com. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. A designated representative will follow up on your case until it is resolved to the best of our ability.
VI. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith email negotiation. If we cannot reach a resolution within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the state and federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Small claims court is an available option for eligible claims.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, shipping carrier delays, or internet/telecommunications failures.
The effectiveness or results of our products may vary from person to person. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
